This year, Northern Arizona Deaf Expo will have 30 exhibits, Interpreter and Family workshops, outdoor activities and will feature a Deaf Film Festival. This event gives you a great opportunity to mingle with Deaf/Hard of Hearing friends, practice and advance your sign language skills, and increase your self confidence! Beginner to Interpreter levels are welcome to spend a weekend away in Flagstaff and enjoy the cool mountain air and the beautiful fall colors. You will not be only surrounded by mountains, but also ASL!

This event is for anyone interested in learning more about services available for Deaf or Hard of Hearing individuals and their families.
We encourage Deaf or Hard of Hearing community members, parents of Deaf or Hard of Hearing children, students of American Sign Language, aspiring ASL interpreters, as well as those interested in serving the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community to join us October 7-9, 2011.
